You Know You Should Be Doing Trade Shows… You Just Don’t Know If You’re “There” Yet.

You've heard it enough times, "You should be selling at trade shows!"

And you’ve seen the brands that showcase there and skyrocket in visibility...but every time you seriously consider exhibiting, your brain starts running the numbers and the risks.

Booth fees, drayage, shipping, graphics, travel, reprinting sell sheets because “something’s off”, standing there all day hoping buyers stop explaining your product over and over without knowing if you’re saying the right things.

And the worst part isn’t even the money.

It’s the real fear that you’ll spend all of your time, money and energy doing this show and walk away thinking, “I guess I wasn’t ready after all.”

That's a valid thought.

You don’t have a TON of specialty retailer relationships yet. You aren't sure what this crowd will ask. You love ALL of your products but you aren't totally confident which product to lead with.

And you definitely don’t want your first ASTRA memory to be standing alone in your booth pretending you’re fine.  😬

So you wait.

You tell yourself:

“Next year, when I have more traction.”

“After I talk to a few stores.”

“Once I feel more confident pitching.”

Meanwhile, the gap between wanting to be in retail and actually learning how retail works just keeps stretching. And deep down, there’s this quiet worry you don’t love admitting:

"What if I never feel ready?"

Imagine Showing Up to Your Next Toy Show With Support, Strategy, and Me in Your Corner.

You experience a real toy trade show from inside a professional booth, without footing the full cost or managing the logistics alone.

You have real conversations with specialty retailers and start building actual buyer relationships.

You learn how to pitch your product in a trade show setting by watching and participating, not guessing.  You leave with clear feedback on retail readiness, what’s working, and what to improve next.

You gain the confidence that comes from having done your first show the smart way.

This is a toy business launchpad that has proven to work.

The Toy Coach Showcase IS COMING to a Major Toy Trade Show And You Can Apply to Be A PART OF IT

And You're Invited.

The Toy Coach Showcase is a guided, done-with-you trade show experience for first-time exhibitors who want real exposure and real learning, without taking on the full cost or complexity of a solo booth.

It's a shared, professionally designed booth where your brand is featured alongside a small group of other emerging toy companies (usually 3 to 5), with layout, graphics, merchandising, and buyer flow handled with intention.

Because the group is small and the booth is built around it, every brand is chosen by application.

You’re supported on the show floor with:

>> Strategic product positioning in a well designed space

>> Live buyer conversations led and guided by The Toy Coach

>> Real-time coaching based on what retailers are responding to

>> Social Media content creation directed and filmed by The Toy Coach

>> Catalog and order forms done for you and ready to hand out + make sales

You still show up.

You still participate.

You get hands-on experience selling your toy at a toy trade show.

But now, you can do it the most strategic and supported way possible.

This will be the best business decision you make all year.

What Can Happen When You Start With The Toy Coach at Your Side

The Toy Coach Showcase isn’t about instant wins or overnight success. It’s about creating the right starting conditions for growth.  And we've seen what can happen when creators enter the show floor with support, strategy, and clarity.

Meet Samantha.

When Samantha Ong, founder of Joey Dolls, participated in the Toy Coach Showcase, she was an emerging brand navigating her first ever trade show experience.

Through the Showcase...

She gained direct exposure to specialty retailers

Sold her product into 10 retailers (her first ever wholesale sales)

And left the show with the confidence and clarity to keep going

As a result of that momentum,

Joey Dolls was picked up by 10+ specialty stores following the show and continued to grow into a multi six-figure toy brand, generating over $400,000 in revenue, with a recent feature on Dragons’ Den.

This wasn’t luck. It was a strong first step, taken the right way.

What Most Showcase Participants Walk Away With...

Sales into specialty stores, Real retailer conversations and follow-up opportunities

A clearer understanding of retail readiness and positioning

Confidence pitching in a trade show environment

Insight into the products and messaging that resonate most

What This Costs & What It Replaces

Exhibiting at a regional show on your own for the first time typically runs $3,000 to $5,000+

once you factor in booth fees, graphics, shipping, drayage, travel, and materials.

The Toy Coach Showcase was created to give you a real ASTRA experience at a fraction of that risk, with guidance built in.

Your spot in the Showcase: $3,500.

This includes booth placement, design, logistics, on-site support, strategic coaching, and post-show followup emails to buyers who order. You get all that WITHOUT the full financial and operational burden of exhibiting solo.

When you invest in the Showcase, you’re not just paying for space. You’re investing in:

A professionally run booth without managing vendors or logistics

Guided buyer conversations instead of guessing what to say

Real-time feedback you can't get from courses or content

A lower-risk way to decide if and how trade shows fit into your growth plan. For many brands, this experience prevents a much more expensive misstep later.

Doing It On Your Own vs. Doing It With Me

Solo exhibiting costs and costs for reps are industry estimates. Your actual costs will vary by show, booth size, and location.

How You Get a Spot
